At Christmas time, this family got together and wanted some fun casual shots to add to their memories. I usually do outdoor photography but these worked out okay indoors...it was fun!

The following is written on the back page of each 2014 calendar:

Lisa Braun grew up in 'small town' Warman, Saskatchewan and has enjoyed photography from a very young age. In 2001 she began taking wedding, family and grad photos as a hobby. Her dream was to have her photos in calendars and that became a reality in Fall 2006. Capturing God's creation through photography has been one of her passions and sharing her photos through SK calendars has been an incredible blessing.

Lisa continually thanks God for this gift He's given her. Her amazing hubby Roger and their precious kids are a great encouragement and support...as well as the many other fabulous folks and fellow photographers who've been an important role in her journey with these calendars.

Ministering to others has been huge in Lisa's daily life. She has chosen two ministries to donate a portion of the funds of these calendars:

Camp Kadesh at Christopher Lake, SK which has been an important part of her family's life, provides a great camp experience to kids every summer;

Compassion is "one of the world's leading child development organizations and partners with the local church in 26 countries to end poverty in the lives of children and their families". Lisa and Roger have become Advocates for Compassion, encouraging others to impact lives by sponsoring a child. Thank you for making an impact on children's lives both here in Saskatchewan and around the world!
